“Is hiking worth it?” I was asked. I had just come from a hike. I had successfully climbed the toughest hills in Kenya, Rurimeria Hills. The knee and ankle joints were in pain for the next two days of hike but I was proud of my accomplishment. Is hiking worth it?
To walk in, and through the clouds? Worth it
To be above the clouds and witness the formation of rain clouds was worth it

Was hiking worth it? The experience was worth it. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and I needed this.
