4. Attorney general process

• On June 22, 2023, Joshua & Esther have to go in person to Machakos to pick marriage permit and sign some documents in person
• Joshua/Esther to be formally introduced in Mwingi Baptist Church on June 4, 2023
• 3 consecutive church announcements are mandatory prior to wedding
• Marriage certificate to be signed on Juy 15 in accordance with the law
